We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Senior Analyst to join our strategic services team.
As a Senior Analyst, you will be critical in developing strategic plans and supporting the follow-through and implementation. You'll be integral in project execution that combines our strategic insights with tech-forward solutions, ensuring clients receive end-to-end products. You will be expected to bring intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, creativity, and strategic thinking to every engagement. We work with our biopharma clients on a long-term relationship basis. This is a high client touchpoint role, with high growth potential – the ideal candidate will be highly driven and relish the chance to act as an extension of our client teams.
Please note that this is an experienced hire position, requiring a minimum of 1 year of full-time management or strategy consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Holding solution-oriented discussions with client cross-functional teams to diagnose and solve pain points together and deliver integrated strategic solutions
- Analyzing complex data sets using a variety of analytical tools and frameworks
- Synthesizing data and insights into clear and concise recommendations
- Creating and delivering high-quality client leadership presentations
- Contributing to the development of new methodologies, frameworks, and tools
- Supporting business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations
Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrated experience with integrated strategic projects, including Integrated Evidence Generation Plans, Medical Strategy, Quarterly Business Reviews, Asset & Portfolio Planning, and Integrated Scientific Communication Platforms.
- Proficiency in working with Global/US Medical Affairs, HEOR, RWE, or Access functions, with the ability to confidently discuss topics within the academic or industry literature as needed.
- Strong ability to capture and synthesize key insights through meticulous note-taking, ensuring clear, well-organized file management. Skilled in developing polished, structured PowerPoint presentations and clean, well-organized Excel models that effectively distill complex information into digestible, actionable insights. Proactively leverages client discussions to refine deliverables and support strategic decision-making.
- Previous experience in neuroscience, oncology, and/or rare disease sectors.
