About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Strategist to join our Strategy & Planning team for one of our most creative, ambitious and well known accounts. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping brand and communications strategies that drive real impact for clients. You’ll be a confident, curious thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, creatively-driven environment, and is as comfortable with data as they are with cultural insight.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic development on key client accounts, from brief to execution.
- Work collaboratively with creative and account management team to ensure integrated, effective campaigns.
- Turn complex business problems into simple, inspiring briefs that unlock big ideas.
- Use a range of data sources – from cultural trends to behavioural insights – to inform and support strategic thinking.
- Present strategic thinking with clarity, conviction, and enthusiasm – both internally and to clients.
- Help mentor and develop junior planners within the team.
- Contribute to new business pitches and agency thought leadership.
