19.5 hours per week, term time only
Working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30am-15:30pm
Pay Grade: SCP 5- 6 24,790-25,183 FTE per year (pro-rata)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN and Intervention Teaching Assistant to join our ambitious and supportive team. What we are looking for
Christ Church First School is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant who will:
- Provide specialist support and intervention to individuals and small groups of children with special educational needs
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of resources and equipment to support children's learning
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to ensure the needs of all children are met
- Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school
- Have experience working with children with special educational needs
- Have a strong understanding of effective SEND practises and a willingness to continuously develop your skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Use patience, empathy, and have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and have a sense of humour!
