We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our organisation in this newly created role. This role focuses on supporting the mental health and wellbeing of colleagues, creating a safe and supportive space for colleagues and leading impactful wellbeing initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Create a supportive, confidential environment where colleagues feel comfortable reaching out for assistance with mental health and wellbeing concerns, providing signposting and resources as needed. Develop and implement initiatives that promote holistic wellbeing Lead wellbeing partners in designing and implementing an integrated programme of wellbeing initiatives and communications that address the diverse needs of colleagues Develop and deliver strategies to increase health literacy across the organisation ensuring colleagues have access to relevant information and resources Manage relationships with third-party wellbeing partners, ensuring they deliver high-quality services that align with the organisations wellbeing objectives. Work closely with internal networks, groups and stakeholders to ensure the integration of wellbeing activities across the organisation. Foster partnerships that enhance the overall wellbeing programme. Continuously assess the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Act as an advocate for mental health and wellbeing within the organisation, promoting a culture of openness and support. Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Proven experience in a wellbeing or mental health role. Mental Health First Aider qualification is essential. Strong understanding of mental health and wellbeing best practices. Excellent communication skills. Excellence in building strong internal and external relationships. Ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver high-impact initiatives. Strong organisational and project management skills. Forward thinking with a drive to create innovative solutions.
