Your new role

Assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers, set credit limits, and manage credit risk using SAP.

Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue invoices, and implement effective collection strategies within the SAP system.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any billing issues or disputes promptly and professionally.

Prepare regular reports on credit and collections status, highlighting any issues or trends for senior management using SAP.

Identify and implement improvements to the credit control process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging SAP capabilities.
What you’ll need to succeed

Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit control, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Be immediately available.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in SAP, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High attention to detail and organisational skills.
