Team Lead required to work with our client, HMG, a major paint manufacturer based in East Belfast. The successful candidate will work as part of a team of skilled production operative manufacturing powder coating. The main duties will include running machines, working on the production lines through three stages mixing, extrusion and packaging the finished product, performing quality checks, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure smooth operations The work pattern will be Monday to Thursday 7.30am until 4.15pm and Friday 7.30pm until 1.15pm for the first few weeks to be trained up within the production team with a pay rate of £12.05 an hour. This is a temporary contract for the first 13 weeks whilst training is being completed. Once the 13 week trial period and training is completed this will be a full-time permanent position and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to enter into the night shift rota which is four nights per week working Monday to Thursday 9.30pm until 7.30am with a pay rate of £16.07.
