We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to cover Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will be experienced, knowledgeable, and confident in the sales and bathroom industry. As Area Sales Manager, you will have access to a full range of high-end MyLife products where your role will be focused on account management, providing exceptional customer service to our customers, increasing brand awareness, and introducing new customers to our brand.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage and develop a portfolio of customers, maximising the potential from key accounts.
- Roll out new product and marketing initiatives.
- Achieve pre-set area sales and profit targets.
- Create and implement an area business plan.
- Maximise the potential from existing customers and seek out new sales opportunities.
- Increase display presence of MyLife products.
- Train and develop customer knowledge of MyLife products and conduct sales and product training presentations to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the National Sales Manager to seek and develop new sales opportunities.
- Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with our customers and understanding their needs.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events as required on both a regional and national level.
- Maintain and update CRM - calls reports, displays, and sales data.
- Report concisely on your area's activity by means of a weekly/monthly report.
- Work closely with different teams within MyLife Bathrooms.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in a similar role within the bathroom industry.
- A proven track record in achieving sales and profit targets within the bathroom industry.
- Demonstrates honesty and integrity.
- The ability to plan ahead, set goals and organise effectively to achieve objectives.
- Customer-focused and driven to exceed excellence.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Analytically and numerically competent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Full Driving Licence.
