Role: Support Worker – Temporary – Belfast Job Overview VANRATH are supporting another leading employer for NI, in their search for a Support Worker to join the organisation on a temporary basis. The purpose of the role will be to provide a support network for individuals and wider communities. Salary: £14 – £15.40/hour Belfast Temporary ongoing Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one support to individuals with mental health issues, helping improve their wellbeing. Develop personalised support plans with individuals and relevant partners. Assist individuals in accessing local services and resources. Offer practical support, including financial advice, and help with additional services. Encourage participation in wellbeing activities and self-help programmes. Help individuals reduce social isolation through community-based initiatives. Maintain accurate and confidential records of support provided.
