Join our team

Join us at the ICAEW in our Education and Training department working as a Learning Administrator. This position offers excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Role Profile

To provide administrative support in the development and maintenance of the Partner in Learning scheme including strategic degree programmes and for professional education providers.

Responsibilities include:
• To support the Learning Team in the administration of the partner in learning scheme, Including raising POs. Tasks will vary from time to time depending on business needs.

• To liaise with student support on queries and monitor Microsoft Dynamics relating to Partner in Learning scheme.

• To monitor and maintain the strategic degree and tuition provider files and folders ensuring programme details are accurate, contacts are up to date, external examiner details are captured including the freelance tutor register.

• To maintain areas of the ICAEW website that promote strategic degree partnerships and tuition providers, ensuring links are live and showing the most up to date information on courses offered.

• To administer the annual declaration process for all tuition providers and strategic degree partners.

Candidate Profile

Requirements include:
• Knowledge of the university and professional education sector would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• MS Office computer literate
• Good interpersonal skills and experience in working with external stakeholders desirable.
