We have a fantastic opportunity for an active enthusiast of heights to join our team in Adventure Climb as a Climbing Team Leader. Our state-of-art facility and supportive community make us the ultimate destination for climbers.
It is a perfect role for a dynamic and fun people person, who thrives in high-pace, high- energy environment. As a Climbing Team Leader you will share your passion for sport, provide top-notch experience for climbing fans of all skill levels and ensure the time spent with us is fun and safe. Previous experience in indoor climbing at supervisory level is required.

About You:
- Downright people person, passionate and engaging, who can communicate with people at all levels,
- Strong leadership skills,
- Previous experience in indoor climbing at supervisor level,
- Exceptional knowledge of indoor climbing equipment use, maintenance and storage,
- Experience of working with groups of all ages and abilities,
- Understanding of different climbing techniques and when they should be used,
