Production Operative Rotating Shifts

Blue Arrow are recruiting for production operatives to support their established client in Denby, Ripley. These are fantastic opportunities for enthusiastic candidates that want to learn and work in a friendly environment on an ongoing basis.

The role will include:

• Supporting with producing final products

• Assembling clay

• General labour

• Upkeeping the cleanliness of the factory at all times

• Machine operation

• Visual inspections of delicate ceramic product to ensure a high standard

• Cleaning down products

• Sponging out imperfections in ceramic product

• Have a great attitude towards learning and development

• Ideally worked in a factory and / or manufacturing environment or similar

• Able to assemble a delicate product with attention to detail at all times

• Be flexible on duties

• Be a team player

• Happy to work on repetitive work

• Full, role specific PPE provided (ear protection in certain areas, overalls required in this environment)

Your commute:

There are bus stops located close to the site within a 3 minute walk. If you have your own transport, there is free parking on site – which is around 20 minutes from Derby City Centre

Please note: Due to the nature of the clients business this may not be suitable for some medical conditions such as Asthma/ skin conditions. Some departments do require ear protection due to the high noise volume.
