Job Title: Graduate HR Assistant

Salary: £32,000

Location: Central London

International City based law firm are seeking a recent graduate who’s looking to start a long-term career in human resources. No previous experience is needed but what is key is a proactive attitude and a confidence to be able to liaise with employees and external vendors. Exceptional communication and IT skills are essential.

The role will include a broad range of operations and administration support, including:

  • Liaison between employees and HR management.
  • Recording staff holidays, sickness, maternity etc.
  • Communication with finance team, external insurers and benefit providers.
  • Onboarding new joiners, drafting contracts and policies.
  • Recruitment – instructing agents, interviewing candidates.

Over time your role will grow and your responsibilities will vary, the HR manager is looking to nurture and develop someone over a long-term period.
