The Role:
We are working with a famed, luxury furniture design studio in West London who are looking for a for a part time Logistics & Procurement Assistant (3 days per week) to join their team.
Our client is known globally for their notable designs and their collaborations on luxury projects with top industry names. They are looking for an organised and process driven individual who has strong attention to detail and a passion for ensuring seamless operations. This role involves manual handling, and conducting stock checks, so the candidate should be comfortable/have previous experience in these duties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Secure quotes and handle scheduling of collections/deliveries
- Prepare and process shipping documentation
- Monitor deliveries and maintain delivery records
- Pack and ship orders
- Handle incoming deliveries at the studio
- Perform regular stock audits and manage inventory system
- Issue, track and record both purchase sales orders
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely completion
- Track and update the status of both purchase and sales orders
- Upload and maintain internal database
Key Skills/Responsibilities:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience using Shopify is desirable
- Experience in the creative / interior design industry is a plus
