Role: Data Administrator Location: Holywood (Northern Ireland) Employment Type: Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: £23,333 per annum We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Data Administrator to join a growing team. This role involves ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with GDPR regulations. The successful candidate will adhere to internal processes and quality standards while managing data records effectively. Key Responsibilities Identify hard copy records and define their retention periods in accordance with the Data Record Policy. Organise and implement the destruction and/or archiving process for hard copy records at the Belfast office. Maintain knowledge of relevant procedures and protocols. Upload and scan outstanding data onto the relevant systems. Scan and distribute daily incoming post for the team. Essential Criteria At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. IT proficiency, including familiarity with relevant systems and tools. Skills and Personal Qualities Strong organisational skills. Excellent customer service abilities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. A flexible approach to work. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Enthusiastic and proactive attitude. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
