Helene at Amber Mace is working with a fast paced, market leading client who is currently looking for an ambitious and experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their team in Aberdeen. They pride themselves on remaining independent as a small to medium provider, and plan to remain so. Role Duties:

  • Primarily case management with 6 to 7 cases per day
  • Full OH remit inclusive of case management and health surveillance.
  • Based in clinic in Aberdeen, with only occasional client site viits
  • Additional responsibilities will include workplace assessments, risk assessments, pre-placement screenings and fitness-for-work assessments
  • Provide clear advice regarding health and wellbeing
  • Assist with providing preventative strategies

Requirements:

  • Qualified nurse, with an Occupational Health qualification
  • Previous experience within the Occupational Health sector essential
  • Proactive and personable, with excellent communication skills

About You

I’m currently looking for someone who is self-motivated with the ability to motivate others by being empowering and encouraging. You will be commercially focused and be able to deliver a challenging but fair approach to managing absences due to sickness.
