Job Description
SALES REPRESENTATIVE – FOOD INDUSTRY
MONDAY – FRIDAY:
WILL NEED TO WORK 1 IN 6 SATURDAYS (ROTA IN PLACE)
£32,000 – £35,000 PER ANNUM – PLUS £6,000 CAR ALLOWANCE AND BONUS
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Executive to join our well-established client based in Worcester on a full-time permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering an amazing annual salary and room to grow and progress.
This role will require 25% travel, so a full driving licence and your own car is essential.

Duties
- Setting of individual sales targets and maintenance of sales to meet these targets
- Generate new business, visiting new prospects and potential customers
- Effectively maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships
- Achieve and maintain high levels of customer service
- Respond to all enquiries and sales requests within specified timeframes
- Participate in training, learning about new products and improving sales techniques
- Tracking achieved sales
Essential Skills
- Previous experience within the Food, Catering, Wholesale industry
- Highly organised and efficient
- Demonstrates excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Shows consistent professionalism and good judgement
- Must be assertive, reliable and flexible, ensuring strong communication to all levels of the business
- Self-motivated new business hunter who is also proficient at building relationships and developing existing customer accounts
