Our small but mighty Virtual Assistant family needs another superstar!

This role is being recruited and managed by Laura Barley, Alchemy VA Franchise Partner Glasgow.

This is where you come in…

Do you have meaningful and tangible experience with Microsoft & G-Suite packages as well as strong transferable administrative skills?

Do you have the experience to take responsibility for social media management including content creation, scheduling, hashtag research, copywriting, performance analysis and optimisation?

These requirements are not essential, but the following elements are…

Would you be excited to take a seat at our table and directly contribute to the continued success of a diverse & inspiring array of remarkable clients?

Are you the kind of person who thrives in a fast paced, sometimes challenging, remote and flexible working environment? Can you take the initiative and recognise when support can be offered before the client recognises it?

Do you take great pride & passion in all that you do and are? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a dedication to ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards possible.

Due to a recent influx in Glasgow-based clients, living in or around the area would be advantageous. Most of the work is remote, however there will be the occasional requirement for in person meetings and/or work.
