Six Helpdesk Operators required to work with our client based Belfast As a helpdesk operator you will be required to provide technical support and information to staff within the Belfast Trust as they roll out a new digital service (Encompass). Full training and induction will be provided. Rates of pay from £12.86 to £23.24. These Roles will be full-time and part time temporary positions lasting a minimum of 3 months. Candidates must be fully flexible as the shifts are 16.00 – midnight or midnight – 08.30 Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday shifts -midnight or midnight – 08.30.
