Position Title: Employer Branding Leader

Work Location: UK London office 【20 King Street, London, SW1Y 6QY】

Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Brand strategy and activity execution: Participate in the formulation and implementation of JD.com\’s overseas employer brand strategic communication plan, organize various employer brand activities, such as large-scale recruitment activities, internal cultural promotion, etc.

2. Cross-department and cross-team collaboration: Actively integrate employer brand elements, provide professional communication suggestions, and cooperate with regional communication teams and JD.com\’s corporate communication department to ensure that employer brands are seamlessly integrated into various business operations.

3. Content creation and communication optimization: Responsible for planning, creating and editing employer brand-related content, such as brand stories, promotional copy, visual materials, etc., using platforms and mainstream social media to publish high-quality content, enhance brand exposure and influence, and constantly explore innovative communication methods.

4. Crisis management and risk prevention: Quickly and effectively handle employer brand crisis events, formulate response strategies, and reduce negative impacts.

5. Data analysis and strategy adjustment: Collect and analyze data such as social media interactions, candidate conversions, and employee satisfaction. Optimize brand strategies and communication plans based on data, use data and market insights to drive communication plans, and allocate resources reasonably.

6. Buliding a strong employer brand for global talent.

【Job requirements】

1. Bachelor degree or above, majors in communication, public relations, marketing, human resources, etc. are preferred.

2. 5-8 years of work experience in employer brand building, brand marketing or communication, experience in the Internet, e-commerce, and logistics industries is preferred

3. Excellent global hot news planning and communication capabilities, excellent copywriting skills, proficient in narrative and visual communication skills, and the creation of high-quality creative content.

4. Familiar with multi-channel operations, successful social media platform management experience and multi-channel content creation experience are preferred.

5. Strong data analysis skills, using data to optimize communication strategies.

6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work with different departments and stakeholders.

7. Excellent crisis public relations and problem-solving skills, able to make wise decisions under high pressure and time pressure.

8. Highly identify with JD\’s corporate culture and values.

9. Work experience in international employer branding is preferred.

10. English as the working language.
