Real Estate Asset Manager - Industrial & Logistics

A market-leading, entrepreneurial Real Estate Investment and Asset Management business is seeking an ambitious, results driven Asset Manager to join their London based team.

With over €2 billion of assets under management in logistics and industrial assets across the UK and Europe, the firm delivers value-driven investment strategies in partnership with top tier institutional investors.

As key member of a high-performing expert team, you will report directly to the founders of the business (CIO and CEO) and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of logistics and industrial assets ensuring maximum value creation through strategic asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset management strategies to enhance portfolio value.
• Oversee leasing, rent reviews, renewals, and re-gears.
• Manage refurbishments, capital expenditure, and repositioning projects.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including tenants, investors, and service providers.
• Oversee third-party leasing agents, property managers, and legal advisors.
• Prepare and present investor reports, financial models, and business plans.
• Support acquisitions and disposals through due diligence.

Who We’re Looking For

• RICS Chartered Surveyor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong understanding of logistics and industrial real estate markets.
• Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic problem-solver.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
