We are seeking a CyberArk Analyst to support privileged account onboarding and enterprise vault management within a CyberArk SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes and hands-on experience with CyberArk Enterprise Vault for managing and securing privileged credentials. This role is focused on account onboarding, vault administration, and access management, ensuring compliance with security policies., Provide end-user support and training on CyberArk account onboarding and vault management best practices.

Onboarding and managing privileged accounts within CyberArk P-Cloud.

Create and configure CyberArk safes, access policies, and user permissions.

Monitor, maintain and optimize the CyberArk Enterprise Vault, ensuring credentials are securely stored and managed.

Work with internal teams to validate privileged account ownership and access requirements.

Support password rotation policies and ensure compliance with security standards.

Troubleshoot basic issues related to onboarding, vault access, and credential management.

Generate audit and compliance reports on privileged account activities.

BAU experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) or a related security role.

Hands-on experience in onboarding accounts into a CyberArk SaaS solution.

Good knowledge of CyberArk Enterprise Vault Management, including safe creation and access policies.

Familiarity with privileged account security best practices.

Basic understanding of Active Directory, authentication protocols, and access controls.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow onboarding procedures accurately.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for resolving access-related issues.

Prior experience working in an IT security or identity management environment.
