As a Customer Supply Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer demand from order receipt to delivery. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will ensure that queries are handled efficiently, service issues are addressed, and processes are continuously improved to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Process and oversee customer orders, ensuring alignment with pricing, lead times, and order values.
- Accurately input and release orders to Transport Planning within required timeframes.
- Handle customer queries promptly and effectively, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and key internal stakeholders.
- Generate customer-specific reports and analyse service levels.
- Manage uplift and return requests, ensuring approval processes are followed efficiently.
- Support strategic customer meetings by providing service level insights.
- Assist with internal administrative duties, including reception cover when required.
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for medicinal products.
