An iconic global skincare and cosmetics brand is seeking a detail-oriented Product Development Assistant to assist the Regulatory, Product Development and Quality Assurance teams. (OFFICE BASED) Beauty experience is essential.
Responsibilities:- Manage internal and external documents including all technical documents
- Review and maintain documents so they are up to date
- Organise and file documents in physical and digital formats
- Uphold confidentiality and safeguard sensitive proprietary information
- Prepare reports on the progress of projects
- Maintain product information and help update lists published to cross functional teams
- Coordinate 3rd party testing submission, review, and filling the reports as assigned
- Log and update formula changes and progress
- Help Quality dept maintain documents, coordinate testing, maintain standards and retain samples
- 1-2 years of experience in an office based beauty role
- Process driven with outstanding organisational skills and a high attention to detail
- Good typing and proofreading skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office – Outlook 365
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external customers
- Pro-active approach in problem-solving with ability to meet continuous deadlines
