Learning and Development Administrator Urgent requirement for an experienced Learning and development Administrator to join a leading company based in Belfast.

This is a full-time, temporary position.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5pm Houry rate: from £12 per hour (negotiable dependant on experience) Start Date: Immediate Job Purpose: Seeking a Learning & Development Administrator to help our client exceed their learning, performance, and quality standards.
Essential Criteria: 5 GCSE’s including Math and English (grades A-C) or equivalent 6 months experience in an administrative role Demonstratable ability using MS Office packages including Excel, Word and Outlook Demonstratable ability to work to deadlines and under pressure Demonstratable ability to maintain attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Main Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the training inbox Check all training booked and attended Copy training certs and post to employees Chase outstanding induction checklists Submit CITB paperwork for grant Book training Invites to employees and managers Reminder emails to employees and managers of upcoming training New start and leaver onboarding i.e.
setting up employee folder, add to OTP, assigning Litmos course, add current training certificates to file Skills: Administrator Administration Business Support
