Location: Aylesbury (Hybrid – 4 days office, 1 day remote)

Position: Permanent, Full-time

Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Currency Broker to join our client\’s expanding team. This role offers significant growth potential and the opportunity to make a substantial impact within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate and private clients
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships to generate new business opportunities
• Provide expert currency risk management advice to clients
• Monitor and analyse market movements, economic indicators, and geopolitical events
• Engage with international partners through regular communication and travel
• Deliver tailored FX solutions to meet client needs

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in deliverable foreign exchange trading (preferred)
• Demonstrated track record in relationship-based sales
• History of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
• Strong understanding of financial markets and economic principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
