A top tier US firm, well know for their high quality work and good reputation, are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their thriving Asset Management team. Their Asset Management practice spans funds, managed accounts and many other investment vehicles, with one of the best established US practices in the UK.

The firm has over 100 Lawyers in the UK and a good Partner/Associate ratio providing excellent opportunities for upwards mobility. They follow cravath salary guidelines and have a comprehensive benefits and bonus scheme, making this is an excellent opportunity for a top-tier Funds Associate coming from an international, Silver Circle, Magic Circle, or reputable US firm to thrive in a friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of fund and managed account matters, focused on leading sponsor clients and including sustainability funds, EU Taxonomy Regulation, and public wealth.
• Assisting senior Solicitors and Partners with large and complex matters.
• Developing the team through the management of junior legal professionals and the improvement of the larger firm.
• Building relationships with clients and maintaining the highest standard of care while ensuring full compliance.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• UK qualified solicitor of 4+ PQE or equivalent qualification, with excellent post-qualification experience from a top-tier law firm. Only those from top tier firms will be considered.
• A strong understanding of Asset Management of Funds law, with experience managing a caseload of matters.
• Proven ability to work to targets (approximately 1800h billable hours).
• Strong academic background with a 2:1 degree at a minimum.
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues and members of staff.
• High levels of attention to detail.

As renumeration this firm offers a salary at the top of the market with bonus schemes and a benefits package along market lines. They provide hybrid working (3/2 split) as standard.
