Talent Junction Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and innovative manufacturing company based in Fareham. We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their supportive and forward-thinking HR team.

The Role
As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing professional HR support across the business, ensuring that policies and practices align with company objectives and employee well-being. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Supporting line managers with performance management and employee relations cases.
  • Leading HR projects such as wellbeing initiatives, engagement surveys, and diversity programs.
  • Maintaining HR systems and ensuring accurate data management.
  • Supporting training and development programs to upskill the workforce.

What We re Looking For

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally within a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced setting.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification (or working towards).
