One of the key objectives of Pilgrim's Shared Services Ltd is to provide valued added expertise in financial and tax reporting services to other Business Units in the group. The purpose of the role will be to to assist with accurate and timely financial & tax information to key stakeholders. These will include the Senior Managers RTR, Head of Financial Services, Indirect and Direct Tax Lead and other teams within Financial Services and the wider business. Key Duties Reporting to the Indirect and Direct Tax Lead this role will be working as part of a team producing tax & financial reporting for several business units. Outputs will include periodic reporting to HMRC/Revenue. Input into relevant areas of monthly, quarterly and annual financial information and associated reporting to Pilgrims US. Complete all reporting in line with established group and HMRC/Revenue timetables. Deliver key balance sheet account reconciliations which will feed into the overall entity reconciliations. Complete relevant areas in relation to periodic tax postings and statutory accounting. Essential Criteria Qualified or part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CTA with a minimum 2 years' experience, or qualified by experience. Strong technical knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards. Experience in preparing/reviewing corporation tax computations.
