As an ESG Data & Reporting Analyst, you'll play a key role in tracking, managing, and reporting on sustainability performance. You'll work closely with teams across finance, compliance, and sustainability to ensure accurate ESG reporting and help drive our sustainability goals.
What Youβll Be Doing
- Supporting the development of ESG reports aligned with GRI, TCFD, and SASB frameworks
- Collecting, validating, and consolidating ESG-related data from internal teams and external sources
- Monitoring key sustainability metrics (KPIs) and identifying trends
- Collaborating with finance, sustainability, and compliance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Creating dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate ESG performance
- Keeping up to date with ESG regulations and best practices to enhance internal reporting processes
What Weβre Looking For
- Experience in data analysis, sustainability reporting, ESG compliance, or a related field (e.g., finance, risk, corporate responsibility) β 1-3 years is a guide, not a rule
- Familiarity with GRI, TCFD, SASB, or other ESG reporting frameworks is a plus, but not essential
- Strong data skills, particularly in Excel, Power BI, or other data tools
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ESG data clearly
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach
