SuccessFactors Design Lead (Time Off / LMS / P&G)

SuccessFactors Design Lead required for one of our clients leading the design and process mapping across Time off, Learning Management System, Performance and Goals.

Understands best practice and has proven experience in design / process mapping across Time Off, LMS and Performance and Goals within the platform SuccessFactors.

Wider detail on the role:

The SuccessFactors Design Lead should be an accomplished lead of all design activities through the project life cycle. The main focus will be LMS, Time Off, and Performance and Goals modules. The lead needs to be adept at gathering requirements from the business and designing practical solutions configurable in SuccessFactors.

Key Skills:

• Requirements Gathering – extensive experience working with business representatives to elicit business objectives, detailed requirements, business rules and priorities. Planning, designing and leading workshops, as well as building relationships with the business representatives demonstrating a good understanding, not only of the processes and requirements, but also the culture, ways of working and everyday challenges for the business teams.
• Solution design – ability to use detailed knowledge of SF design and configuration options to be able to design practical/workable solutions that meet the requirements, without over-engineering or adding in unnecessary build complexity.
• Documentation – experienced in SF workbooks and able to provide documentation to support workbook completion and good knowledge of workbook content to ensure relevant questions are asked of the business. Experienced in documenting end user Work Instructions particularly to support advanced users e.g. HR Admin roles. Able to create simple, user friendly documents and diagrams to communicate the design to key stakeholders.
• Process design – track record developing process maps of ‘to be’ processes, covering key steps in and out of the system.
• Solution expertise – able to support other workstreams, providing detailed expertise and knowledge of the solution. For example; reviewing test scripts for coverage and correct interpretation of requirements; data knowledge to support and review integration design; data requirements to input and support data migration scope and design; ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business process knowledge to input and support cutover planning.

Experience:

• Multiple SF implementations – experienced in end to end implementation across multiple SF projects
• Global projects – experience of working across multiple jurisdictions, time zones and cultures a preference
