We are now looking to recruit a qualified Family Solicitor to join our growing team in the City of London, with additional opportunities arising in our new Maidstone office.

Our Clients

Our Family Law team provides a broad spectrum of family law advice (no legal aid) to mid-to-high net worth clients (typically within the £2–£10M bracket), delivering bespoke, results-driven solutions tailored to their unique circumstances.

Alongside Family and Private Client services, our Dispute Resolution team offers strategic, cost-effective solutions for individuals and businesses seeking to resolve complex legal matters with confidence and clarity.

Our Requirements | Your Experience

This is a fantastic opportunity for a like-minded solicitor to join a successful, forward-thinking firm with state-of-the-art technology, modern business practices, and a genuine focus on people.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to secure a long-term position and, with determination and commitment, be encouraged to develop their career to the full with us.

Please note this is a full-time, office-based role (not remote or hybrid), five days a week.

Requirements

• Qualified Family Solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE, experience managing your own caseload
• 5+ years in law practice
• 5+ years in Family Law
• Highly technically competent in Family Law
• Broad post-qualification experience, including divorce, family finance, and Children Act work
• Ability to manage your own full caseload independently
• Strong client care ethos and passion for Family Law
• Current clean SRA practising certificate
• Good LPC pass or equivalent

Preferred

• Advocacy experience or desire to undertake advocacy (at least at interlocutory or pre-trial application level)
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently
• Strategic thinker with sound commercial awareness

Salary

Competitive and commensurate with experience.
