The role Public Legal Support: Provide legal information and direct the public to relevant services. Administrative Assistance: Assist with note-taking, filing, and document preparation. Client & Court Liaison: Coordinate communication and scheduling between clients, courts, and other parties. Database Management: Organise and maintain the legal database for efficient access. Case Preparation: Assist in drafting legal documents, affidavits, and court bundles. Legal Research: Investigate case-related issues using internal and external resources. Investigation Support: Aid legal and research officers, as well as the Director, in case investigations. Professional Development: Engage in training and continuous learning opportunities.
