We are looking for a front-footed, operational lead to oversee cohort based programme delivery for our rapidly growing Entrepreneurial MBA programme.

You will:

• Lead the launch of each monthly cohort, connecting finance, customer experience and the mentorship team to ensure a seamless experience for founders and mentors
• Optimize the onboarding and offboarding processes for mentors and founders
• Oversee the scheduling process for group sessions across the programme and at key points of the programme
• Work with the mentor recruitment to ensure programme coverage well in advance
• Oversee the end-of-experience to optimize the journey through graduation and into the alumni programme
• Design and implement cohortal experiments to drive up performance against key metrics (NPS, retention, traction, academic engagement)

About the person

Musts:

Operational Champion: Proven track record in project or operations management, with a knack for designing and refining processes that ensure smooth cohort experiences at scale

Technically minded and Data-Driven: Proven record of driving improvement through operational KPIs, a technical, systems-first approach to solving problems

Founder-Focused: Genuinely passionate about entrepreneurship and committed to creating a world-class, supportive journey for both founders and mentors.
