The Deluxe Group have been providing bespoke joinery services internationally for over 50 years. The Company’s significant growth over recent years has meant investment in a new state of the art manufacturing facility and Head Office in Portadown. We continue to provide high end quality fit out & manufacturing services to Luxury Hospitality, Marine Outfitters, Super Prime Residentials, Commercial Offices, and Theme Parks. The Deluxe Group has a deserved reputation as a quality player in its chosen markets of bespoke joinery, fit-out, theming, and marine.
Due to continued growth with the marine sector of our business, we are currently expanding our Contracts Management Team. This position is based at our Head Office, Portadown, Co. Armagh. The successful applicant must be flexible and willing to travel to the project as required.
Your role as a Contracts Manager:
- Lead the successful delivery of allocated project(s).
- Liaise with Clients, Site Managers, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Develop & implement schedule of works from start to completion.
- Organise & co-ordinate all project requirements e.g. materials, resources, logistics etc.
- Deliver all projects on time, within budget and of exceptional quality.
- Identify subcontractors, as necessary.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary Health and Safety requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role preferably within marine.
- A successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and of excellent quality.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team.
- Possess a proactive & innovative approach with the ability to problem solve issues.
