You’ll need to make sure your Team Members are in the right place at the right time and you will take coaching and development of your team seriously

You will support the Hotel Manager in achieving Atlas’ purpose of creating a rewarding place to work and a great experience for our guests, so continuous improvement across the hotel will be important
