Want to use your skills in Administration and Stakeholders management to play a vital role in our friendly office in Newcastle. This role is responsible for general administrative duties across all office functions. This is an in-person role required to be based at the office from 9am – 5pm daily.

Your responsibilities will include among others

  • Working with other support team colleagues to compete all business support functions of the office.

  • Providing reception cover, taking care to ensure that all public areas are tidy and welcoming

  • Provide excellent front of house support including answering calls, being aware of daily visitors and welcoming them

  • Working with the client onboarding team to successfully onboard clients through our strict money laundering processes

  • Producing letters, documents, PowerPoint presentations and other MS documents as needed

  • Other key administrative duties such as:

  • Engagement letter production

  • Managing incoming and outgoing post

  • Scanning documents as required and arranging document storage/confidential shredding

  • Co-ordinating parking arrangements

  • Meeting room management

  • Stationery ordering and management

  • CRM maintenance

  • Produce letters, documents, PowerPoint presentations and other MS documents as needed

To be successful in this role, you should

  • Proven experience in an office environment using similar skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to other systems

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent administrative skills

  • Attention to detail with strong numeracy skills.

  • Ability to support individuals and organizations at all levels.

  • Methodical and able to manage multiple tasks independently to a high standard.
