As a Quality and Compliance Assistant for our West Essex regulated team, you will play an integral role in ensuring that our front line employees are delivering high quality care whilst meeting the standards of ECL Person Centred Care.
An understanding and experience of being a Community Care Assistant is essential to ensure that the team are fulfilling their job description. You also need a full driving licence and vehicle to travel around the areas our teams work., As Quality & Compliance Assistant, you will:

Spend a lot of your working week in the field with our front-line employees.

Contribute expertise to the development of the systems, policies and procedures etc.

Act as a champion for ECL, ensuring the quality and standards of all frontline workers.

Keep accurate and detailed records.
-
Carry out spot checks on field-based employees.
-
Carry out medication competency checks on field-based employees.
-
Ensure that infection control procedures are carried out effectively.
-
Promote safe practices.
-
Act as a role model for frontline care workers.

Work effectively with customers, their families and representatives, other social and health care professionals and managers and staff from ECL Person Centred Care to deliver a high quality reablement service.

Report concerns to the relevant line manager.

Carry out investigations relating to the quality of the service and implement improvement actions.

Provide and facilitate in-field training as and when appropriate.

Ensure that all written reports and administration is up to date.
