Are you an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Estimator looking for development? This is a highly ambitious company who are keen to attract the best personnel in the industry. If you thrive on change, are open to new ideas and are willing to go the extra mile to deliver excellent services…this may well be the right role for you. You'll be joining a team that works on pricing exciting projects up to 15m in MEP value. This includes luxury hotels, urban regeneration works (commercial) as well as some unique bespoke contracts. Recently turnover has grown as has head count and the business have a genuine ethos of developing junior members of staff and granting autonomy and responsibility to senior personnel also. Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience: Proven track record as an Estimator with experience using latest estimating software Comfortable and experienced with site visits Be able to work alongside senior management as well as independently within a busy MEP Contractor Hold a sound working knowledge of up to date building regulations and coding. Complete take-offs from drawings/information provided. Full document control on each tender. Liaise with subcontractors/suppliers to gain competitive quotations. Produce quantified schedule of rates.
