Warehouse Operative Salary £26,546 – £30,528 per annum Wymondham, Norfolk Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a temp – perm Warehouse Operative to work in a manufacturing company based in Wymondham, Norfolk. Warehouse Operative Job Role: * Stock Picking: Accurately picking products according to order specifications and preparing them for client * Returning Stock: Accurately retuning stocks from the client to designated location as per process. * Inventory Management: Keeping track of stock levels on the floor and reporting discrepancies or low stock levels for replenishment. * Raw materials: Transportation of all materials needed for area to complete tasks/jobs * Stock Checks: Accurately counting and reporting of stock checks/ Audits passed out to be completed in a timely manner. * Communication: To always communicate with the client and keep all parties aware and up to date * Ensure issues are escalated in timely and accurately to the Line Manager * Take ownership to ensure all relevant clients SLA’s are understood * Ensure relevant data protection policy is fully understood and adhered to Warehouse Operative hours – choice of 4 shifts available: * Swing Shifts 35 hrs: Week 1 – 7-3pm, Week 2 3-11pm or * Nights: 35 hrs 11pm-7am or * Days: Week 1 – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, contracted hours, working 7.00am to 7.00pm, working 11 hours per shift. Week 2 – Monday and Tuesday, working 7.00am to 7.00pm, working 11 hours per shift. or * Nights: Week 1 – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, contracted hours, working 7.00pm to 7.00am, working 11 hours per shift. Week 2 – Monday and Tuesday, working 7.00pm to 7.00am, working 11 hours per shift.
