Are you results driven, highly organised with a talent for coordinating multiple projects and reporting on key Product activity? Do you excel at bringing together stakeholders, ensuring alignment, and tracking progress across multiple work streams? If so, come and join us as our new Product Project Manager.

What’s it all about?

As a Product Project Manager, you will play a central role in tracking, reporting, and coordinating all Product Team-related initiatives across the business being responsible for the successful delivery of key business outcomes via formal projects. Rather than directly managing individual projects, you will act as the key link between product teams, procurement, property, operations, external suppliers, and other stakeholders-ensuring visibility, consistency, and effective communication.

You will gather and consolidate updates from multiple project leads to create clear, structured reporting, monitor timelines, risks, and key milestones across various product initiatives, and ensure alignment between teams. You will provide senior stakeholders with insights and data to support decision-making while implementing best practices for tracking and reporting to drive process improvements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for resource coordination, maintaining tracking and reporting systems, ensuring quality assurance, and supporting continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution across all product activities.

Who will this appeal to?

You will be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in project coordination, reporting, or product operations. Experience working across cross-functional teams, internal SMEs and 3rd party suppliers and have practical experience integrating Waterfall and Agile delivery methods and principles, with a good eye for knowing which methodology is appropriate for each project.

You will be a strong, confident communicator with a can-do attitude to affect positive change and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking with analytical skills and experience in using data to monitor performance and drive improvements.

  • Salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience

  • Driving is essential for this role
