We’re looking for a food focused General Manager for the White Bear in Tunbridge Wells. This high street business comes with a modern bar area, and an outside terrace known as the Orangery – complete with retractable roof and outside cocktail bar. We’re looking for a people focused General Manager with fresh food experience to continue to drive sales, improve the offer and delight guests in this beautiful business., We are looking for a creative & entrepreneurial General Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish, food focused pub. As the successful General Manager, you will embrace the autonomy given to run your business and offer unique ideas to drive your team to success. You will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will recruit & develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers. You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
