We’re looking for a New Build Officer to join the Home Connections Team based in Eastleigh, Hampshire.
You’ll be expected to travel across all our office locations and new development sites within the Abri geography. The team are currently based in our offices 3 days per week which provides us with the opportunity for collaboration, training and meetings.
As a Home Connections New Build Officer, you’ll support the delivery of our new build affordable rented homes program. You’ll provide insight to our Development Team at bidding stage from a demand and location perspective and foster relationships with our Local Authority partners to ensure all homes are marketed and let in line with policy.
Ahead of letting our new homes, you’ll promote and deliver scheme briefings to internal teams ensuring our frontline colleagues have sufficient knowledge of the properties and local area to deliver a first-class service to our customers. You’ll support new and existing customers through their allocations and lettings journey, marketing our properties, making offers of accommodation, managing the assessment and verification process and signing them up to their new tenancies.
It’s a busy role, so you’ll need to be organised and able to think on your feet. So, if you have experience of working in allocations and lettings or housing, you’re confident, self-motivated and have a drive to exceed personal, team and organisational targets, and are passionate in delivering excellent customer service then this may be the job for you!
We will be holding interviews on 26/02/2025 at our head office in Eastleigh.
