Base pay range Salter Grange is currently working with an International Contractor seeking an experienced and driven Document Controller to join their team on a Data Centre project in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will join one of Europe\βs most reputable and established contractors in the Data Centre industry. With a turnover reaching β¬ 3 billion, they are highly regarded and known for developing employees through their strong Preconstruction Engineering/Design teams, off-site fabrication capabilities and smooth Project Delivery. The successful Document Controller will be responsible for the accurate management and safeguarding of all project documentation. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, ensure the quality of drawings and corresponding documentation and that all are kept up to date. Manage and track all drawings and documentation received and issued, QA drawings on receipt before the issue. Ensure drawings are distributed and managed promptly, ensure correct authorization, and take responsibility for all drawings and their distribution to the project teams, subcontractors, and consultants. Ensuring the accurate version control before and during the construction period. Produce and maintain document progress reports. Ensure time is managed effectively across each project, with regular site visits. Ensure all templates used conform with the Company Standard.
