About the Company: As SplashBI continues its expansion in the UK, Europe and Asia we are expanding our pre-sales team in the UK and seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Consultant with over 5 years of experience in client engagement, solution demonstrations, and driving sales opportunities for BI and analytics solutions. This role requires working closely with prospective and existing clients to showcase SplashBI\’s capabilities and support the sales cycle effectively.

About the Role: Partner with sales teams to deliver pre-sales support, including product demonstrations, proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations, and responding to RFPs/RFIs. Engage with potential clients to assess their business needs and articulate how SplashBI can provide strategic value. Conduct comprehensive product presentations and tailored live demonstrations. Design and propose customized solutions that align with customer challenges and business objectives. Contribute to sales strategies and go-to-market plans for SplashBI solutions across the MEA region. Support marketing initiatives, including webinars, workshops, and industry events. Collaborate with the implementation and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Travel across UK, Ireland and Europe as needed to support sales and client engagement and attend events.

Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering.
  • Strong expertise in BI and analytics solutions
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in conducting PoCs and developing solution demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into impactful BI solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a consultative approach to sales.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems, both on-premise (EBS) and SaaS (Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications).
  • Understanding of ERP applications, back-office operations, and Financial and HR data analytics.
  • Experience working with cloud-based BI solutions.

Pay range and compensation package: salary will be commensurate with experience and knowledge. In addition to salary: pension, healthcare, life insurance, bonuses and travel expenses are paid.
