Key Responsibilities
- Assist solicitors with a varied caseload of immigration matters, including both personal and business immigration.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, application forms, and supporting statements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and relevant authorities, ensuring effective communication throughout the legal process.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation, staying up to date with changes in immigration law and policy.
- Maintain meticulous case records, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute towards business development, including blogs and videos.
- Provide administrative support to the team as required, ensuring smooth case progression.
- Support legal aid and reduced-fee work, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to ethical and accessible legal services.
