Currently our client is seeking experienced recruiters for its Essex office, this is due to significant growth in the Education Team. The position is office-based and involves collaborating with seasoned consultants to fulfil various hiring requirements. Candidates should possess experience in managing a full desk and have recruitment experience in the Education sector, with a minimum of two years is required. The role offers an opportunity for ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset, a good basic salary and an opportunity to earn up to £100,000 commission. Daily responsibilities include managing a personal desk focused on the Education sector, overseeing a portfolio of candidates and clients. Actively seeking new business opportunities, recruiters will also be expected to promote the company culture, meet weekly performance targets, and build relationships with industry leaders to enhance their expertise.
