We are working with a rapidly growing Workforce Consultancy business that specialises in Hire Train Deploy and Human Capital Consulting.

Experiencing 100% YoY growth, this is a business on a trajectory of success, and they re looking for a talented individual to join as the first hire in their Pursuit Team, exclusively focused on new business.

About the Role

This is a pivotal opportunity to make your mark in a high-growth environment, working closely with the CEO & Founder who brings a wealth of experience in coaching and development.
As the Business Development Manager, you will:

• Conduct client research, prospecting, and deal origination.
• Scope and close new business opportunities.
• Hand over secured accounts to the Account Growth Team for ongoing management.

What We re Looking For

• Experience: You have a stellar track record in selling services (not products) to FTSE250/Enterprise clients.
• Sector Knowledge: Recruitment/Staffing, RPO, Human Capital, or Consulting.
• Drive: You re a proactive self-starter, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What s in it for You?

• Base Salary: £60,000-£75,000
• OTE: £50,000 in Year 1
• Equity: Stock options in a high-growth business
• Location: Based in London (3 days per week)
