Based in Cardiff, our team is an integral part of Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation (T&T) practice and operates within the firm’s Quality & Risk Management function. Our primary focus is to support our client-facing colleagues and manage quality and risk matters within the UK T&T business. This is essential to safeguarding Deloitte’s reputation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining profitability.
Our Quality team undertakes a diverse range of activities. This role will primarily focus on supporting two core areas:

Sales Process: Providing comprehensive support and governance throughout the sales process to ensure the firm secures work successfully.

Quality Assurance: Supporting the management and execution of robust Quality Assurance processes.
You will deliver hands-on operational support to facilitate efficient meetings and maintain critical operational records. Collaborating closely with our Quality team and senior stakeholders across the firm, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our processes. A steadfast commitment to high quality and meticulous attention to detail is essential. This role offers potential for learning and development within a highly valued function supporting a £2 billion UK business.

Strong and confident communicator, taking personal responsibility in dealing with queries to/from stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in IT, including a strong command of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. While familiarity with in-house tools is a plus, dedicated training will be provided to bridge any gaps.
