Compensation Analyst

Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and ensuring fair, competitive compensation practices? Join my prestigious technology company as a Compensation Analyst and play a key role in shaping their global reward strategies!

About the Role

As a Compensation Analyst, you will support the design, analysis, and administration of global compensation programs. You’ll work with large data sets, conduct market pricing and pay gap analyses, and ensure compliance with ESG reporting standards. Partnering with our People Tech team, you will maintain and optimize compensation structures in Workday and Comp Analyst, contributing to equitable and competitive pay practices worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide analytical expertise to support compensation strategies and decision-making
  • Analyze pay structures, fixed/variable pay, and allowances across global regions
  • Conduct pay gap analyses, ensuring fairness and compliance with diversity metrics
  • Perform market pricing to benchmark our compensation against industry standards
  • Support ESG initiatives by preparing compensation-related data for reporting
  • Maintain and update compensation platforms (Workday, CompAnalyst), ensuring seamless integration
  • Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations and audit requirements
  • Generate ad-hoc compensation reports and insights for leadership
  • Support the execution of annual compensation cycles

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in Compensation

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide insights

Tech-Savvy: Experience with HRIS (Workday) and/or Compensation software (CompAnalyst) preferred

Excel Proficiency: Strong data manipulation and reporting skills

Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive compensation data with discretion

Collaboration: Self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team setting
