A leading full-service law firm is seeking an ambitious Property Development Solicitor to join their growing team in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and hard-working Development & House Building Team based in Reading. You will be supporting fee earners with: Drafting option agreements, deeds, and contracts Undertaking due diligence and preparing reports Assisting with acquisitions and disposals of development land Plot sales, planning, and construction matters Supporting secured acquisition and development finance transactions The ideal candidate will have some experience of development transactions. Alternatively, good quality experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing or plot sales will be considered.
